Position: Proposal and Tenders Executive

Location: Oman

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Proposal and Tenders Executive to manage the entire tender

lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to submitting technical and commercial bids, while collaborating with sales,

engineering, and project teams to ensure client requirements and high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor client portals and tender websites to identify relevant opportunities in construction, mechanical, electrical,

and oil & gas industries.

 Review tender documents and summarize key requirements, timelines, and deliverables for management.

 Prepare Prequalification and Vendor Registration documents.

 Draft high-quality technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and prequalification submissions.

 Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information, including export and legal documents.

 Manage the bid submission process, ensuring compliance and timely submission.

 Follow up on opportunities and submitted bids until a final decision is reached.

 Maintain and update the CRM system with tender activities, communications, and opportunity statuses.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in proposal and tender management.

Qualifications and Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

 3–6 years of experience in a similar role with strong background in tenders and technical submissions.

 Experience in construction, mechanical, electrical, and/or oil & gas industries is essential.

 Demonstrated experience navigating and managing client/tender portals.

 Familiarity with commercial, legal, and export documentation.

 Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively across departments.

Technical Skills (A Plus):

 Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks is advantageous.

Working Conditions:

 The position is based in Oman, with travel required between different industrial sites as necessary.
