Subcontracts Manager / Administrator – AZ Engineers & Partners LLC (Oman)

We are seeking a skilled Subcontracts Manager / Administrator to join our team at AZ Engineers, one of Oman's leading infrastructure and bridge construction contractors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and administering a large portfolio of subcontractors (approx across our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company policies.

• Track subcontractor performance, progress, and deliverables across multiple projects.

• Draft, review, and issue contractual letters, notices, and claims in line with project requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of subcontractor contracts, variations, and correspondence.

• Liaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve commercial or contractual matters.

• Support procurement and contract negotiations to ensure cost and risk management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in subcontract management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of Standard Contract of Oman and construction contract administration.

• Excellent communication and drafting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems.
