Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable results across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a metrics-driven mindset, strong creative capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Objectives
· Define brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with measurable objectives across different channels and segments.
· Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, leveraging internal teams and driving collaboration.
· Analyze customer insights, market trends, and marketing best practices to develop impactful strategies.
· Maintain and conduct analytics reporting across platforms, extract key insights, and provide actionable recommendations for campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
· Build strategic partnerships to support the company's growth.
· Collaborate with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
· CRM expertise and experience in OOH advertising or programmatic marketing is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across channels.
- Manage content updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, improve conversions, and generate qualified leads.
- Measure the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives using tracking and analytics, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicating marketing programs, strategies, and budgets to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
· Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
· Metrics-driven with a creative mindset.
· Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
· Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy.
· Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
· Willingness to travel.
· Established strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth.
