As the
Trade Marketing Manager
at a leading FMCG company based in Oman, you will play a key role in shaping category performance, driving strategic growth, and optimizing profitability across multiple retail and wholesale channels. You will lead trade marketing initiatives, promotional planning, and channel strategies to ensure that every decision is backed by data and aligned with the company's commercial objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across sales, category management, and supply chain to deliver results that enhance category value and market share.

You will analyze consumer trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and develop actionable strategies that strengthen the company's competitive position in the Oman and wider GCC market.

Your marketing insight and commercial acumen will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing trade campaigns, and delivering sustainable growth across key FMCG segments.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or category management within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven campaigns and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of the Oman or GCC retail landscape, with experience managing cross-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Skilled in promotional strategy, trade activations, and channel marketing to maximize ROI.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.
  • A proactive thinker with strong collaboration skills and a passion for building impactful trade marketing campaigns.
