Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Secretary located in Muscat. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for performing clerical tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, handling company secretarial work, and delivering excellent customer service. The role entails managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and supporting executive staff in their daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Strong Communication skills and experience in Company Secretarial Work
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Arabic Speaker Only
