We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Executive Secretary to support our General Manager with administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of executive support responsibilities, be able to work independently with little or no supervision, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the executive as needed
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, corporate events, and other engagements
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
