Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced professional in Retail and Trade Distribution in the Kids Category, located in Muscat. The Trade Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for our baby care products across retail outlets, pharmacies, baby stores, and modern trade channels.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth for Enfant products across retail outlets, pharmacies, baby stores, and modern trade channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential clients (e.g., pharmacies, pediatric centers, modern trade outlets).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts.
Account & Channel Management
- Develop and implement account-specific sales plans to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trade terms with partners to maximize brand presence and profitability.
- Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and shelf placement in stores.
Forecasting & Inventory Planning
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast demand, track inventory levels, and raise purchase orders accordingly.
- Monitor stock movement across retail outlets to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular market visits to assess product performance and competitor activities.
- Share insights and recommend strategies to improve market share and pricing competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experienced in Retail and Trade Distribution in Kids Category
- Ability to provide Training to sales teams
- Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Must have Knowledge of the Omani retail & distribution landscape.
