Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven
Sales Manager
to join our
Technical Training Division
in Muscat.

Reporting to the
Head of Technical Training Division
, the Sales Manager will play a
key strategic role
in driving business growth across
technical, safety, and industrial training programs
. This includes developing client relationships within the
Oil & Gas, Energy, and Engineering sectors
, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
  • Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and industrial partners
  • Identify new opportunities, tenders, and strategic partnerships in the technical training space
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track sales performance and provide detailed reports to management

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in
corporate or technical training sales
(Oil & Gas or industrial sector preferred)

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills

Understanding of
OPAL standards, HSE, and technical workforce training

Proficiency in using
CRM systems
and performance tracking tools

Bachelor's degree in
Business, Sales, Marketing
, or related discipline

Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage

Based in
Muscat
, with readiness to travel across Oman
