Job Description:
We are a growing real estate and property investment company looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.
This is a strategic role for someone with strong commercial sense, leadership potential, and the ability to create new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in leasing, sales, and investment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and landlords.
- Manage property listings and ensure high-quality marketing across platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Handle client inquiries, lead generation, and negotiation processes.
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and property showings.
- Support company growth plans through proactive business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic & English).
- Strong initiative, goal-oriented, and results-driven personality.
- Able to manage time and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Based in Muscat with valid residency
Preferred:
- Driving license
- Social media marketing knowledge is a plus.
