Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Muscat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating strategies to boost company sales, and establishing strong client relationships. The role involves coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction, attending industry events, and analyzing market trends to tailor strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen, sales, and negotiation skills
- Experience in market research and strategic planning
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of interior design and fit-out industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
