Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee, located in Muscat. The Sales Employee will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, the Sales Employee will prepare sales reports, participate in sales strategy meetings, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials. The role also involves tracking market trends and competitors to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and understand client needs
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and developing sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the auditing, financial consultancy, and accounting industries is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Willing
