Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Muscat for an Omani Tour Guide. The Tour Guide will be responsible for conducting guided tours, providing historical and cultural information to tourists, ensuring exceptional customer service, and facilitating a memorable and educational experience for all guests. The role includes managing tour schedules, selling tickets, and handling customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Guided Tours and History knowledge
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales abilities
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Previous experience in the tourism industry is an advantage
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle diverse groups of people
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in tourism or related fields are beneficial
