WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  1. Create and establish sustainable growth for Oman across MT UAE with a strong sense of business development.
  2. Manage a strong and dynamic customer team and deliver on the required capabilities by setting targets & expectations that will support market growth and scale up MT Business against competition.
  3. Determine the sales and distribution for MT.
  4. Prepare and implement the annual operation plans, manage Trade Investments, and manage stocks.
  5. Make activities and promotion agreements and plan for key account customers, conducting periodic evaluation meetings with all key account and local chain customers.
  6. Promo planning: Responsible for definition and approval of promo menu, channel insights on promo fit, channel and country promo intensity guideline for FY and quarter in line with Brand and Category Strategy.
  7. Based on market & competition conditions, perform product sales analysis, observe product price structures, and make pricing offers for optimizing company profitability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor's is minimum requirement).
  • Modern Trade Experience of at least 5 years in Oman or UAE.
  • A strong account executive or management track record.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • Proficient in English & Arabic.
