Sales Manager

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area. Your role involves executing sales action plans, including:
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging all levels of managerial and departmental accounts to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
- Implementing and exceeding sales objectives and action plans.
- Establishing parameters, providing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business.
- Providing feedback on market conditions and competition trends through direct sales, calls, and mail.
- Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in account management system updates.
- Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing up-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leisure sales and the hospitality industry is essential.
- Local market experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel systems.
