A leading office services MNC offers a unique opportunity for an exceptional sales-driven business professional for the position of Sales Manager. The role is responsible for the overall profitable operation of the company's business centre, focusing on driving sales and managing operations. The SM will prioritize generating new sales while growing and retaining existing customers through delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is suitable for candidates from a hospitality or customer service industry background.

Responsibilities:Sales/Marketing
  • Generate profitable new business through prospecting and enquiry handling within the local market to exceed targets.
  • Drive and maximize service revenue through upselling variable services to new and existing customers.
  • Prospect to generate leads via local companies, partnerships, and brokers.
  • Manage leads effectively and update CRM throughout the sales process to close deals.
Operations/Financial Management
  • Accountable for centre profitability, performance, and success through P&L management.
  • Drive revenue by maximizing all service revenues consistently.
  • Manage the renewal process to retain customers profitably.
  • Maximize occupancy and profitability by proactively managing customer expansion needs.
Customer Service
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Ensure the centre team delivers exceptional customer service and handles customer needs effectively and efficiently.
Leadership
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, managing, motivating, leading, and developing the centre team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in generating new business leads and managing accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams for high performance.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to stay flexible and calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Professional communication skills for building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Experience in customer account management is highly desirable.
  • Previous P&L responsibility experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: 1,500 – 1,800 OMR + quarterly bonus
