Review various original vouchers to ensure their authenticity, legality, and completeness.

Prepare accounting vouchers based on verified original vouchers, ensuring accurate and error-free accounting entries.

Record transactions in the general ledger, and regularly reconcile subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger to ensure account consistency.

Reconcile and clear accounts receivable and payable, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain accurate accounts.

Organize, bind, and archive accounting documents such as vouchers, ledgers, and reports, storing them properly according to retention policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields.

At least three years of relevant experience; knowledge of taxation and finance is a plus.

Proficient in financial software; experience with Oracle or SAP preferred.

Professional accounting qualification is advantageous.
