We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, local labor laws, and be able to manage the accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the processing of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with UAE and Oman regulations.
  • Execute monthly payroll processes, handling all variables such as advances, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and bank detail updates.
  • Verify and reflect salary changes, promotions, and other updates in the SAP/Oracle systems promptly and accurately.
  • Reconcile payroll reports monthly, resolving discrepancies and providing summaries for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related area.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Oman Labour Law.
  • High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally also with SAP/Oracle.
  • No less than 4 years' proven experience in a payroll role.
