Job Title: Field Service Representative

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our network in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical specifications, analyze processes, and provide problem-solving solutions with analytical/logical thinking.
  • Administer system/network administration and IT services for our Oman-based operations.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of technical issues, site visits/engagements, and risks related to our systems, architecture, or network.
  • Support planning for the technical refresh and expansion of our CENTCOM Partner Network (CPN) infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and procure CPN client hardware/software.
  • Configure networks associated with communication security devices (COMSEC).
  • Act as System manager/integrator in integration and implementation of IEEE 802.3 Local Area Network (LAN), IEEE 1703-2012 Wide Area Network (WAN), and converged IP-services.
  • Share information through the Common Operational Picture service and Voice over IP.

Required Qualifications:

  • Security Clearance level 'Secret' or above and ability to maintain required clearance.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Five years with degree/formal training or seven years with HS/GED of practical experience in design, preparation, and modification of engineering documents and drawings.
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification.
