We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility. Your role involves executing all sales action plans and includes key responsibilities such as:
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with all levels of managerial and departmental executives to provide excellent client service, achieve targets, and maximize productivity.
- Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets.
- Establishing parameters, preparing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to the properties.
- Providing feedback on market conditions, including trends and competition, through direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail in your market areas.
- Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting superiors in managing the accounts system.
- Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in governmental sales and hospitality background is essential.
- Local experience and Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems.
