Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility. Your role involves executing all sales action plans and includes key responsibilities such as:
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging all account levels for client servicing, target achievement, and productivity maximization.
- Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and surpass targets.
- Establishing parameters, quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business.
- Providing feedback on market trends and competition through direct sales, calls, and mail.
- Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in account management system updates.
- Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leisure sales within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Local experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems.
