Sales Manager

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio by engaging all levels of managerial and departmental accounts for optimal client servicing, target achievement, and productivity.
- Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets.
- Establishing parameters, providing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to the properties.
- Providing feedback on market conditions, including competition trends, through direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail in your market areas.
- Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in the management system of these accounts.
- Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in governmental sales and a hospitality background is essential.
- Local experience and proficiency in Arabic are preferable.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems.
