We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cluster Senior Accountant to join our hotel finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of two properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supporting the finance manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for multiple hotels

Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audits

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Support internal controls and improve accounting procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel operations

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Opera, Sun, ERP or similar)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
