  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in sales principles.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven outdoor sales experience, demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the outdoor industry or related sectors, providing an understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred to cater to diverse client bases.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective networking and relationship-building.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage leads and track performance efficiently.
