We're Hiring: Human Resources Manager | Park Inn by Radisson Muscat (Pre-Opening)

Ready to build a winning team from the ground up? Join the pre-opening team at Park Inn by Radisson Muscat We are seeking an HR Manager with strong international hotel experience to lead HR, Learning & Development, and employee services for our 102-room hotel.

What You'll Do:

  1. Set up and lead the full HR function from pre-opening to daily operations.
  2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and government compliance.
  3. Coordinate all L&D programs with Radisson's corporate office and drive continuous staff development.
  4. Maintain complete employee files, handle visa renewals, insurance, and HR admin with precision.
  5. Ensure compliance with Radisson HR SOPs and local labor laws.
  6. Create a positive, engaged, and high-performing work culture.
  7. Be the trusted HR partner to the General Manager and department heads.

Who We're Looking For:

  1. Minimum 2 years HR experience in an international branded hotel (Radisson, Marriott, Hilton, or similar).
  2. Strong hands-on experience in Learning & Development and corporate HR coordination.
  3. Expertise in employee file management, visa processing, and government HR compliance.
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  5. Knowledge of HR systems.
  6. Strong understanding of Omani labor law (preferred).
  7. Positive attitude, solution-driven mindset, and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
