Manager - Business Marketing Planning and Pricing

As the Manager - Business Marketing Planning and Pricing, you will be responsible for preparing business and annual operating plans for the business marketing unit with a focus on business segment revenues. You will provide timely inputs to company planning processes, develop and implement pricing proposals for mobile and fixed business products, and assist in pricing complex bids. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing forecasts for business planning, inventory decisions, and network capacity planning.
  2. Working with finance to develop and maintain revenue/pricing models.
  3. Developing pricing strategies to generate a differentiated but profitable positioning for Nawras in core target markets.
  4. Owning and signing off on all fixed and mobile pricing innovations for business products and services.
  5. Collaborating with product managers and marketing communications to ensure that pricing is understandable and attractive to target customers.
  6. Mandating appropriate market research to define optimal price points.
  7. Driving a rigorous understanding of margin composition and trends for the company and translating this into actionable insights.
  8. Understanding the functionality offered by the current billing and mediation systems and driving the company's technical capabilities to deliver innovative pricing options.
  9. Managing all aspects of price maintenance and implementation.
  10. Supporting Account Managers and presales in pricing complex bids.

You should have a minimum of 6 years of working experience in planning and pricing roles in telecom or other service industries, with a university degree in Commercial, IT, or Telecom. Required competencies include:

  1. Strong competencies in marketing, financial analysis, and strategic evaluation of company products and services.
  2. Commercial skills.

  7. Structured approach to managing parallel tasks and decision making.

  9. Good communication skills.
  10. Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic skills are a plus.
  11. Very good MS Office skills.
