Technical Support Engineer – Cementing

As a Technical Support Engineer – Cementing, you will be responsible for post-sales support of customer issues, including repairs, technical support, or field services. You will develop an operational yearly plan and suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to Operations Teams, Sales, and clients.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Managing and coordinating the introduction of new technologies.
  • Collaborating with AMO Teams to troubleshoot equipment and ensure smooth operations.

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Have at least 7 years of experience in Cementing.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience leading a team.
  • Previous experience working with PDO (Petroleum Development Oman) is preferred.
  • Experience with Baker Hughes products and software such as CemVision, CemFACTS is advantageous.
