Job Title:

HR Manager

About the Role:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits administration, and policy development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, and hire top talent to fill job openings
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and develop employees' skills and abilities
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment
  • Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and seminars
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics, trends, and best practices

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and labor relations principles
  • Experience with HR software, systems, and technology

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a related field
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
