Key Account Manager - Cybersecurity Solutions

This role is focused on managing and expanding client relationships in the Middle East, delivering innovative IT and cybersecurity solutions tailored to meet diverse customer needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities
  • Understanding client needs and providing effective IT and cybersecurity solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design best solutions for clients
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve or exceed sales targets

Requirements for success in this position include:

  • Omani Nationality required
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum one year of experience in IT and cybersecurity sales or account management
  • Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity solutions, services, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) a plus
