Operations Management Role

Sanimar Smart Care is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of contracted medical facilities. This key position involves managing daily operational activities in assigned medical facilities, ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining high service quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities in assigned medical facilities, promoting seamless service delivery and adherence to healthcare standards.
  • Supervise administrative and support staff, fostering a productive work environment that encourages employee growth and development.
  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor performance indicators and operational KPIs, making informed decisions to drive improvement and enhance service quality.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with internal policies and Ministry of Health regulations, upholding the organization's commitment to excellence.
  • Support resource allocation, vendor coordination, and budgeting efforts, aligning business objectives with operational goals.
  • Report regularly to headquarters with performance updates, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Implement quality improvement and risk management initiatives, driving a culture of excellence within the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in healthcare principles.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards shared goals.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written), facilitating effective communication across diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in various locations across Oman, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
