Resort Activity Coordinator

Shangri-La's Resort and Spa is set on 124 acres of stunning scenery, featuring three hotels: Al Waha, Al Bandar, and Al Husn. The resort has 22 food and beverage outlets, a 1,056 sqm ballroom with eight breakout rooms, and a wide variety of recreational facilities.

The Resort Activity Coordinator is responsible for organizing and delivering daily entertainment programs, including games, sports, fitness classes, pool activities, and evening shows. They ensure activities are age-appropriate, safe, inclusive, and align with the resort's brand and guest profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead daily entertainment programs.
  • Adjust activities based on weather, guest participation, and feedback.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to encourage participation.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for solo travelers, families, and groups.
  • Supervise creative and educational activities for children, including arts and crafts, treasure hunts, and themed games.
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their children's experience.
  • Participate in evening entertainment such as dance shows, musical performances, and themed nights.
