Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Coordinator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist with payroll processing, track employee records, and provide administrative support to all employees.
  • Communication: Respond to internal and external inquiries related to human resources and provide assistance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee-related data, including payroll, personal information, vacations, and turnover rates.
  • Liaison: Collaborate with other departments and functions, such as payroll, benefits, and PRO activities.
  • Recruitment: Conduct background checks, issue employment contracts, and support the recruitment process.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration regulations and maintain accurate records of visa processing and labor documentation.
  • Performance Management: Assist supervisors in performance management procedures and schedule meetings, HR events, and maintain team agendas.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Nationality: Omani national required.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Education: Degree in Business or Human Resources required.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong record-keeping abilities and organizational skills required.
