The role of a Compensation Analyst involves providing support to the salary administration program and other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Salary adjustments due to internal factors such as promotions, merit increases, general increases, annual increments, and lump-sum increases. External factors include market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Collaboration with HR teams to develop job descriptions for all staff positions within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Gathering information from external consultants to support the salary survey process.
  • Collecting monthly employee data from HRMS and line managers, effective communication to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluating current compensation packages for new incumbents, comparing them with company salary rates to determine offers that attract top talent.
  • Recommendations and setting appropriate salary and grade levels for new hires, aligning with the existing salary structure.
  • Analyzing and reviewing the current compensation range for all company positions, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by handling compensation inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyzing employee data using statistical methods such as Excel Pivot tables, regression, and path analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resource principles and tools, including HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good understanding of the industry, including its challenges and trends.
Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or a related field, with a preference for minors in HR studies.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis, human resources, or a related field.
