We are seeking a qualified and proactive interface manager to join our team on the Sohar Port Project. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating technical and contractual interfaces between various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and integration across all project components.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.">
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or port-related projects, with a strong background in interface management.">
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, design and construction processes.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, interface tracking tools, and project management software.">
  • Fluency in English and Arabic">

Responsibilities:

  2. Manage and coordinate interfaces between contractors, consultants, client teams, utility providers, and government authorities.">
  3. Maintain and update the interface register and ensure timely follow-up on all interface actions.">
  4. Identify, monitor, and resolve interface issues across different project phases (design, construction, commissioning).">
  5. Facilitate regular interface coordination meetings and prepare minutes and action plans.">
  6. Review and assess design documents and interface points for potential conflicts or overlaps.">
  7. Ensure alignment of interface activities with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.">
  8. Support the technical team with engineering assessments and interface reviews.">
  9. Coordinate the submission and approval of interface-related documents.">
  10. Provide regular reports on interface status, risks, and mitigation measures to the project management team.">
  11. Ensure interface activities comply with WSP's HSE and quality standards.">
  12. Foster strong collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.">
