The Sales Coordinator is the Sales Director's strategic and operational partner, responsible for driving execution excellence across the sales department. This role ensures alignment, accountability, and consistent performance across sales staff, brokers, and key departments, including marketing, admin, and finance. The position also requires hands-on involvement in system compliance, broker performance, team development, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs of the sales team through Salesforce and trackers.

· Analyze lead conversion, broker performance, and sales trends to identify improvement areas.

2. Team Development & Supervision:

· Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of new and existing sales staff.

· Conduct regular one-on-one reviews, performance assessments, and pipeline check-ins.

· Report attendance, responsiveness, and punctuality standards within the team.

· Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with national and international brokers.

· Track broker activity, follow up on underperformers, and drive activation campaigns.

· Manage broker materials with Marketing Department (brochures, welcome kits, pricing updates) and ensure timely sharing.

4. Operational Coordination:

· Assist with the coordination of site visits, exhibitions, roadshows, and internal sales events.

5. Strategic Execution & Support:

· Support the Sales Director in executing strategic initiatives and preparing presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 4 years of experience in sales operations or management.

· Deep understanding of CRM systems.

· Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

· Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and driving performance.

· Ability to work and maintain high operational standards.

· Strong analytical mindset and emotional intelligence.
