Muscat, Muscat, Oman EFS Facilities Services Group (EFS) Full time

We are looking for a Facility Coordinator with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in Facility Management. Candidates with previous experience in the banking sector will be preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising both MEP and soft services teams, handling day-to-day facility operations, and acting as the main point of contact with the client. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing FM systems, preparing LPOs, handling corrective and reactive maintenance calls, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise MEP and soft service staff (cleaning, security, etc.)
  • Coordinate all facility-related tasks and ensure proper service delivery
  • Manage FM systems and track maintenance activities
  • Raise and follow up on LPOs as needed
  • Handle reactive and corrective maintenance calls efficiently
  • Maintain regular communication with the client and ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor site performance and report regularly

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years of FM experience
  • Prior experience in the banking sector preferred
  • Good communication and client handling skills
  • Knowledge of CAFM or FM systems is a must
