Heavy Equipment Operator Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our construction team in Al Buraymi, Oman.

This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates from any nationality.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate various types of cranes including tower, mobile, and overhead cranes
  • Safely lift and move heavy materials such as steel beams, concrete blocks, and machinery
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the crane
  • Communicate with other workers on the construction site to coordinate lifts
  • Complete daily logs and reports on crane operations
  • Perform routine maintenance on crane equipment as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
  • Valid crane operator certification or license
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and lift plans
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operations
