Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.

Daily Operations:
  • Assist in managing daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and support F&B team members, ensuring consistent performance, grooming, and service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high service standards and drive guest satisfaction.
  • Manage team performance and ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards in food presentation, hygiene, and service.
  • Help develop and implement service procedures, training plans, and SOPs.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in food & beverage, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and F&B best practices.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
