Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic kitchen team as a Head Chef. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, managing a team of cooks and other kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills in English, and at least 5 years of professional culinary experience with a focus on Indian cuisine.

You will be responsible for creating menus, developing new dishes, sourcing ingredients, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

This role requires someone who is able to work well under pressure, maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen, and comply with all relevant regulations.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, has a good understanding of kitchen operations, and is able to work effectively in a team.
