Corporate Insurance Leadership Role

About the Job

This leadership position is based at a fast-growing insurance brokerage with a focus on group medical and motor fleet insurance.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage our corporate insurance division.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales growth, team management, underwriting oversight, and client-focused insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute strategies for business growth and team development.
    • Represent the division in executive discussions and meetings.
  • Business Development
    • Promote sales growth in group medical and motor fleet insurance.
    • Manage sales cycles including RFQs and proposals.
    • Buildding relationships with corporate decision-makers (HR, Finance, Procurement).
  • Technical Operations
    • Oversee underwriting and pricing strategies.
    • Customize insurance solutions based on client risk profiles.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor claims/client satisfaction.
    Requirements:

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or Risk Management.
  • CII or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate insurance, particularly medical and fleet.
  • Proven track record in managing large corporate accounts.
  • Background in brokerage or insurer roles.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • High initiative, client orientation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
