Job Description

The Front Office Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at Alila Jabal Akhdar. This role requires a strong passion for hospitality and the ability to provide personalized service to every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm greetings and farewells to guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
  • Manage room assignments, key card distributions, and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Be fully conversant with hotel facilities and services, including dining options, recreational activities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel promotions, packages, and events, and effectively communicate these to guests.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk procedures and guest service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, particularly property management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
