Housekeeper Job Opportunity in Muscat, Oman

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our household in Muscat, Oman.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to maintain a clean and organized home. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the household, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. They will also be responsible for laundry duties such as washing, ironing, and folding clothes. Additionally, they will need to grocery shop and prepare meals according to dietary requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field. They will be physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if needed. A strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the household
  • Do laundry duties
  • Shop for groceries and prepare meals
  • Organize and tidy up rooms and common areas
  • Assist with childcare as needed
  • Run errands for the family

Requirements:

  • Must be an African national with a valid work permit for Oman
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English or Arabic (not required)
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if needed
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and ability to work independently
