Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication via phone and email to respond to inquiries and requests.

Utilize a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to input and retrieve information from computer databases, updating records, files, reservations, and providing answers to guest inquiries.

Operate standard office equipment other than computers, preparing letters, memos, and documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

Transmit information or documents via a computer, mail, or facsimile machine, ensuring accuracy and completeness through proofreading and editing written content.

Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to established company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely, and responding to telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and departments, supporting teams to reach common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
