Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing IT support to staff, performing routine administrative activities, and ensuring the accessibility of IT functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Assist in achieving efficiency and effectiveness through development of IT processes & policies
- Ensure the accessibility of IT functions to all staff
People:
Perform routine administrative activities required of an IT professional
Support the unit in completing tasks accurately on a daily basis
Foster a culture of team spirit, cooperation, and continuous self-development within the unit
Operational:
Provide prompt support to staff for IT-related requirements
Assist staff in overcoming daily IT technical issues
Maintain system inventory and software library
Set up new users' accounts, computers, smartphones, and access cards
Implement Windows and other software installations as per operational requirements
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent
Experience:
