Technology Support Professional

Job Overview

This role provides critical IT support to ensure the efficient operation of information technology systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise
  • Utilize technical expertise to deliver high-quality IT support services to staff members.
  • Develop and maintain IT processes and policies to drive business success.
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Perform routine administrative tasks required of an IT professional, including setting up new user accounts, configuring hardware and software devices, and managing system inventory.
  • Collaborate with teams to complete tasks accurately and meet objectives.
  • Seek guidance from senior colleagues as needed.
  • Operational Support
  • Provide timely assistance to staff for any IT-related requirements or issues.
  • Help staff resolve daily technical issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software devices, including phones, computers, printers, access control, and scanners.
  • Maintain system inventory and software libraries.
  • Set up new user accounts, computers, smartphone devices, and access cards.
  • Implement Windows and other software installations according to operational needs.
  • Conduct IT induction for newly joined staff members.
  • Manage Access and Attendance systems.
  • Support project site offices as required.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent is required.
