Sales Operations Leader

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the sales functions for assigned portfolios by executing strategic sales plans. This includes ensuring that the sales team adheres to the company's mission, vision, and values by monitoring standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include directing sales teams to achieve targets as required by dealer management, supervising daily performance, and managing sales processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This role also involves evaluating sales team performance, promoting standard sales procedures, and coaching team members to deliver consistent customer care while developing individuals for future growth within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, supervisory experience, and strategic problem resolution skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is required, along with 5-8 years' experience in automotive sales and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
