Senior Wellness Operations Manager

The role of Senior Wellness Operations Manager is to oversee the efficient operation of the wellness department and provide exceptional products and services within our brand operating standards.

Working strategically with the Director of Wellness, you will develop cohesive and productive goals for your department, establish procedures/guidelines to achieve these goals, and maintain consistency with our vision, quality/standards.

You will review services, products, and rates to remain relevant and in keeping with our wellness and sustainability practices. This includes ensuring the efficient operation of the spa, handling guest complaints, and conducting site inspections.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or Business Management, with more than two years' experience in a similar hotel operational role.

Your technical skills should include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with various hotel systems including POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.

You should have an excellent command of written and spoken English, be able to live in a remote location for extended periods of time, and travel on single status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of guest history and profiles, developing spa packages and programs, and adapting spa menus to meet company updates, local market, and guests' requirements.
  • Manage the spa staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement new ideas to improve operations, increase revenue, and enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or Business Management.
  • More than two years' experience in a similar hotel operational role.
  • Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
  • Familiarity with various hotel systems including POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
