Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to oversee construction sites, manage workers and ensure projects are delivered safely on time and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination
  1. Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish including scheduling resource management and budget control.
  2. Oversee daily site operations including labor supervision subcontractor coordination and quality assurance.
Safety and Compliance
  1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections.
Project Management
  1. Monitor project progress.
  2. Manage budgets.
  3. Resolve issues to meet deadlines.
Communication
  1. Maintain clear communication with clients.
  2. Provide regular project updates.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background
  1. Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or related field from a reputable institution.
Experience
  1. At least 12+ years in construction management with a focus on water and wastewater network and infrastructure projects.
Skills
  1. Leadership problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  2. Strong organizational planning abilities.
  3. Dynamic personality with a can-do attitude.
  4. Takes ownership of responsibilities.
  5. Proficiency in relevant software.
  6. Effective communication and multitasking skills.
