Food Preparation and Service Expert

Chef de Partie is a critical role in our hotel, where you will work under the Head Chef to prepare high-quality dishes and recipes on time. You must maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of dishes and recipes within requested timeframes.
  • Maintenance of cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Overseeing Kitchen Assistants and Apprentices.
  • Inventory management and controlling goods upon delivery.
  • Ensuring dishes are sent to customers as per their requests.

This role requires at least 2 years experience as CDP in an All Day Dining Restaurant - Buffet and Ala carte environment. Culinary education background and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Requirements:
