Senior Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Manager to join our organization.

This is a dual role that combines the responsibilities of a Project Manager and Business Analyst. As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing various IT projects and reporting to the Operations Office.

Duties as Senior Business Operations Manager:
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, senior executives, project teams, functional, and IT SMEs to ensure timely delivery of high-quality project results.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects and resources from ideation through post-production support.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT technical fields, project management, and business analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Executive-level interpersonal relationship building, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Banking experience required, with knowledge of payment systems being a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP and CBAP certification.
  • Experience working with data warehouses or databases and integrations.
