IR Channel Sales Manager

Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts in the IR channel, driving revenue growth, and managing sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage sales teams, including coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the Omani market, with a strong understanding of the IR market and its customers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
